A short history of Thomas Richins and Harriet Deveraux written by their granddaughter, Afton Gene Richins Fischio. Thomas and Esther traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah from England in 1856. They lived in Salt Lake for four or five years before helping settle what is now Goshen, Utah County, Utah. Harriet died in 1896; Thomas died in 1896. They are buried in the Pleasant Grove (Utah) City Cemetery.
